Applications for the Environmental Practice programs are accepted on an ongoing basis. Completed applications should be submitted to Royal Roads University prior to the application deadline outlined for each program.

Please Note: The Certificate in Environmental Practice (CEP) program has been cancelled. Students currently enrolled in the CEP will be able to complete, with the last possible date for completion being January 2017.

Admission Requirements
The standard requirements are:

Graduation from a four year undergraduate program with a B average (GPA 3.0)

Students applying for the M.Sc stream will normally possess a B.Sc. degree in a relevant academic discipline, or offer evidence of a strong science-oriented background. Students wishing to enter the MA steam will normally possess an Arts/Science undergraduate degree.

Three years relevant, full-time work experience in the environmental field.

Potential applicants who do not possess the required post-secondary qualifications may apply under the Flexible Assessment/Admissions Process. This procedure is for applicants who do not have the required formal academic education but who may qualify for admission based on a range of criteria including non-formal education and training and significant work experience
Tuition
The cost of the program is $20,800 for Canadian students and $26,800 for international students. Students will pay on a course-by-course basis. The cost per 3 credit course is $2000 ($3000 for international students) at Royal Roads University. 4 credit courses at Denver University (which are the equivalent of RRU 3 credits) are $1936 US. Denver University fees will be paid directly to the institution.

Bachelor in Environmental Practice (BEP)
The Bachelor program is offered in Fall, Winter & Spring semesters. The next intake is:

Admission Requirements
- Applicants must have completed the Certificate in Environmental Practice or have 90 post-secondary credits with a minimum of 30 credits at the 300 level or higher. Applicants to the BSc stream must have a minimum of 18 credits in science, which must include 9 credits at the second-year level.
- Official transcripts from all post-secondary education must be submitted with your application for any credit courses or programs taken since completion of the Certificate in Environmental Practice.
- Student visas are not required for the Bachelors in Environmental Practice program because the program is entirely distance-based.
Application Process
- Create a MyAdmin account and complete the online Application Form (Select Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Practice or Bachelor of Science in Environmental Practice from the Programs drop-down menu)
• Provide the $106 Application fee
- Submit official transcripts from any post secondary institutions attended since completion of the Certificate in Environmental Practice to Royal Roads University Admissions Office:
